February 25, 2015. The CORUS Consulting company announced system implementation of customer relationship management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 in CTC Media media company.
Choosing a Solution
Microsoft Dynamics CRM, capable to manage sales of different type, it was admitted for automation of sales process of advertizing to CTC Media. The CORUS Consulting company which one of the first in Russia underwent certification for the latest version of MicrosoftDynamics CRM became the partner in implementation. The specialists of Corus Consulting who already had experience of implementation of the similar solution in media of the industry showed deep examination on implementation of CRM and understanding of business processes of the media company.
Project Progress
The project is separated into three stages. The first stage including control block customer relations is complete in February, 2015. Creation of the uniform reference book on all partners synchronized with a corporate system of "1C: EvereST-S", an opportunity to carry out a categorization of advertisers by different criteria, to register transactions and also to plan and wage marketing campaigns became result. Using Microsoft Dynamics CRM activity of all divisions of the company involved in work with clients and transactions is automated (front and back office).
Within the second and third stages process of sales accounting sponsor's and Internet advertizing is automated. The Internet of sale and the direction of transmedia already reached significant digits in terms of budgets and the number of customers that requires more profound approach to accounting, planning and maintenance of this directions.
Result
System implementation allowed CTC Media to render higher level of service to the clients. 100 employees of the company use the solution.

Within the second and third stages of the project automation of process of sales accounting sponsor's and Internet advertizing is planned. The staff of sales department, marketing, document flow, analysts and pricings already use the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 system.
