The LETOGRAF company began in February, 2015 project implementation on system implementation LETOGRAF in JSC Tsesnabank for the purpose of process automation of management of documents and credit requests. The solution will cover head office and nineteen branches of the Customer.

With the purpose to arrange interactions of employees of the front office of bank the decision on system implementation of electronic document management was made. In a project deliverable on the basis of a system LETOGRAF the single centralized solution covering nineteen branches of the Customer will be deployed. In a project deliverable based on standard solutions "LETOGRAF. Basis" and "LETOGRAF. The credits" will be created subsystems Document flow and Front office. The subsystem Document flow is intended for management of the entering and outgoing documents, organizational and administrative documentation, internal documents and also the organization of control of execution of instructions and management of archive.

The subsystem Front office is intended for management of credit requests and the electronic file of the client and also allows to automate decision making process on issuance of credit: execution of the credit request, examination and decision-making according to the credit request, administration. The subsystem will be integrated with the software of other producers, set in Bank (ILS, the PKB, Rating / Scoring models, software of accounting of personnel, etc.)

During the project not only key user training of a system will be provided, but also specialists of IT division who will take part in the project and will be able independently to develop further solutions based on LETOGRAF.

Project implementation will allow to bring JSC Tsesnabank to the new level of internal corporate culture, having arranged interactions of both branches of the organization, and bank inside in general. A system will allow employees of the bank to reduce costs of time and forces for document handling, will provide convenient access to storages of operational and archive information, client files with a possibility of quick search of necessary data. Heads of all levels of bank will be able to control a status of document handling and credit requests and completion dates and also to receive the analytical reporting in a system.
