Creators of series "Streets of the Broken Lamps" conduct accounting with the help 1C-Rarus

February 26, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on creation of a financial accounting system on a basis "1C: Accounting 8" in the Russian film company "New Russian Series". The program is responsible for conducting accounting and tax accounting and also formation of the regulated reporting. The solution is the effective assistant for accountants: the calendar and the system of reminders help to plan workflow, to file documents in time. Optimal conditions for work of employees, correct filling of report forms are created.

When choosing the program for financial accounting the company was guided, first of all, by reliability of the solution. Automation was executed based on a product, popular in Russia, – "1C: Accounting 8". 1C-Rarus acted as the contractor.

The created system optimized work of accounting service of film company. The multipage forms, difficult for filling, having several sections are available in one screen form that allows the accountant to pass to the necessary section quickly. The program automatically keeps track of compliance of a form of the reporting to reporting period. Data of accounting and tax accounting are registered in one wiring. It simplifies comparison of data and fulfillment of requirements of PBU 18/02 "Accounting of calculations for income tax".

The transaction "Closing of Month" including the most labor-consuming calculations became much simpler thanks to automation. The assistant included in "1C: Accounting 8" defines necessary procedural close operations of month, controls the sequence of accomplishment, reveals accounting errors which do not allow to execute completion of the procedure, creates references calculations on the executed transactions and the report on the transaction accomplishment course.

The program automatically calculates the majority of indicators when filling accounting and tax statements, adjusts errors in calculations.
