Smiles. School card

Smayls. Obrazovaniye LLC works at the market of formation of Russia and the CIS countries since 2008. The company specializes in development, production and implementation of hardware-software solutions in the field of RFID technologies, electronic payment services and control and management systems for access.

The information and education system "Smiles.Shkolnaya card" is intended for work in it:

• moderator,
• teachers, directors,
• parents,
• pupils,
• Plant of a power supply,
• representative of Plant of a power supply in school.

Project "SmileS. The school card" works since 2010 within the all-federal national Education project. Project Tasks:

• ACS installation.
• implementation of electronic journals,
• transfer to non-cash payment on a power supply.

Project geography: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan.

Main advantage before competitive projects - complex approach to problems of school which are solved due to implementation of three main modules of the project. What distinguishes us from similar projects?

• existence of the Electronic journal application for Android,
• existence of the School student application for Android and iOS,
• adaptation of a system under requests of school, the partner.

History

2014/2015

• The geography of the project increased due to accession to a partner network of representatives from the cities of Kaluga, Sergiyev Posad, Aleysk, Usolye-Sibirskoye. At new schools the module "Input and output" became priority, other modules are considered to implementation since new academic year.
• For school students several creative competitions in which had an opportunity to take part all pupils of schools of Russia were organized. All tenders took place with assistance of the partner of the company – Smayl-Expo LLC, the organizer of exhibition actions thanks to what participants of tenders attended a number of their exhibitions and festivals.
• The website of the Smiles.Shkolnaya card project was updated. New version more convenient, useful, informative. And also, the new section for users – the Demoversion is added. Now each potential user of the electronic diary will be able to estimate functionality of personal accounts free of charge.
• The last year is marked by an exit of new products - mobile applications for parents and school students who have the corresponding names – Parent and School student. The School student application represents the electronic diary and social network of a class. It can be used by everyone school students of the CIS countries. In turn the Parent application is an electronic diary of the parent where it is possible to learn quickly estimates, homework, to monitor attendance of the child. To parents push-notifications at each new event come to phone – assessment is received, the child came to school or left it.

Among new developments in a functional part there are systems which parents of school students used, it is worth emphasizing "Push-notifications" and "Email informing". Both new services are intended to replace SMS mailing for parents thanks to the operational delivery and cheap rates. Other completions belong to improvement of work in the system of the school security guard and also technical aspect of the project, in particular, work of a server part is optimized and the instrument of remote testing of system operation at school without involvement of partners is created.
