1C-Rarus automated an accounting system in TsNIRTI of the academician A.I. Berg

March 11, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced automation of an accounting system and tax accounting in TsNIRTI of the academician A.I. Berg, based on the solution 1C: Budget Institution Accounting.

The functionality of the program adapted for requirements of public institutions meets all requirements of TsNIRTI. A new system contains a set of standard and specialized reports, bookkeeping registers and the regulated reporting. Interaction with the state information system about the State and municipal payments (GIS GMP) and with information systems of registration of charges and payments (IC RNIP) is provided in the program.

With implementation of the TsNIRTI new system received more than 170 types of the specialized documents allowing to reflect about 1000 types of financial and economic activities in accounts of the Working chart of accounts of organization. The program registers and keeps account of the received limits of budget commitments, controls target use of the received means and observance of limits. Any cash transactions are performed in strict accordance with legislative arrangements.

The financial statements in "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" are prepared automatically on the basis of the economic transactions entered for the reporting period. The program provides to TsNIRTI the expense report and income, the main money, controls correctness of the entered data, helps to issue closing of the period. All this allows institute to control and to effectively use budgetary and extrabudgetary funds.
