On March 18, 2015 Softline announced project implementation of technical support of IT infrastructure of Remneftegaz company[1].
Project Tasks
The company management was faced by the purpose - to provide smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, minimizing these forced idle times of workstations. As the partner attracted Softline company.
Project Progress
The equipment, nuzhdayushcheeesya in technical support, is placed at small office (up to 50 PCs) therefore specialists of Softline offered the customer the standard service package optimal at cost and completely satisfying current demands on monitoring of IT systems.
Within the project are provided:
- dedicated line for permission of technical requests by means of service ServiceDesk, e-mail and also by phone
- network equipment is set up and set;
- management of the office software is provided;
- services of the technical manager are provided.
Service provides technical, mail and proxy servers, workstations of users (notebooks and the PC), peripheral equipment, security systems.
Project Results
The company excluded need of hiring of technical specialists to the state, it saved means. But the fault tolerance of infrastructure is completely provided and necessary services for correct work of IT services are received.
