Description

• The decision on the choice of the partner is made based on visit of several seminars of SoftBalance Group on production subject and also the analysis of the best companies working at the market of implementation services of software products 1C in St. Petersburg.

• As the software product it is selected "by 1C:ERP. Enterprise management 2.0" in connection with its possibility of fast process automation of shift planning and accounting of productive activity.

• In general, need of implementing solution was caused by the increasing production volume therefore the historical automation system based on 1C: Enterprise 7.7 did not satisfy to requirements of the company any more.

• Implementing solution is result the following operating subsystems implemented on places:

1. Accounting of production operations (all - five types of production, including chemical). 2. Shift planning in workshop of injection casting (a method of management of route sheets - "Bufer-Baraban-Verevka"). 3. Volume scheduling of sales, purchases and production. 4. Management of warehouse logistics. 5. Management of transport logistics. 6. Purchase management, sales and stocks. 7. Products cost accounting. 8. Accounting and tax accounting.
