Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

Specialists 1C-Rarus create processing for loading of the budget data arriving from Mantrac Group. The program is adapted according to features of accounting of the enterprise on a number of sections:

• fixed assets,
• bank,
• cash desk,
• settlement,
• settlement with advance holders,
• sales,
• payment of overtime works,
• payment to employees the working shift method.

A number of reports taking into account specifics of the enterprise is developed.

Was the analysis and input are carried out to the system of the chart of accounts of the international accounting which is used for accounting in Mantrac Group rules of broadcasting from the chart of accounts of RAS are developed. 10 corporate statements which are automatically forming according to the international accounting are developed.

Maintenance:

• The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)

Description

Till 2014 in Mantrak Vostok Company as the tool for accounting and the cost accounting according to the plan of accounts of the international accounting the program in "1C: Accounting 7.7" was used, for conducting tax accounting the MS Excel was used. For conducting personnel records and payroll the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 program was used.

The management of Mantrac group made the decision on creation of an automated system of accounting on the basis of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program with the English interface allowing to keep full account according to the plan of accounts of the international accounting (the chart of accounts of group) and to prepare the corporate reporting.

For implementation of programs the 1C-Rarus company, early successfully finished the project in Caterpillar LLC was invited.

Within the project the following subsystems were implemented:

Specialists 1C-Rarus provided training of employees, transferred data from the previous programs, created processings for loading of the budget data arriving from Mantrac Group configured data exchange between "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

The program was adapted according to features of accounting of the enterprise on a number of sections: fixed assets, bank, cash desk, settlement, settlement with advance holders, sales, payment of overtime works, payment to employees by the working shift method.
