Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

  • The scheme of the cost accounting and cost accounting was developed for carrying out wagon repairs of customers, mechanisms of accounting of the park of cars in the territory of the plants, locations of these or those cars or parts are developed. On each part removed from the car it is traced whether it was rejected or repaired on what car in an effect it was installed.
  • The hierarchical report allowing to estimate in a flyby mode structure of cost value of a finished product at the level of semi-finished products, materials and other costs of any repartition of its production is developed (for example, to estimate a total quantity of purchased materials and other production costs of a product, including the materials used on production of the semi-finished products which are released during the last periods).

Description

At the enterprise sharply there was a question of the production cost accounting, products cost accounting, especially cost of production of repairs. The system used at the enterprise did not yield the necessary results. Market research of software products showed that it is the is best of all the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system will be suitable for the solution of the specified tasks. For its implementation Ouch Ti company which already had experience of implementations at the similar enterprises was invited. The specifics of the enterprise consisted that it is necessary to calculate cost value of repair of each car, taking into account from what car what part was removed that was shown by defectoscopy to what repair it underwent on what car as a result it was installed. During the carried-out consulting the scheme of the cost accounting was developed, production processes are described 2 options of cost accounting of wagon repairs - on removed and on the set parts are offered. Implementation included consulting, completions of a system, training, trial operation. The carried-out system implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allowed to automate accounting and tax accounting, production management, cost management, purchase management and stocks, sales management. Thanks to system implementation, specialists of different services got the following advantages: Accounting - full conducting accounting and tax accounting, fast reporting Economical department - receiving a complete hierarchical structure of cost value of the made products Production department - accounting of the park of cars, accounting of location of each part and each car, obtaining information on whether the part was rejected, or it is installed on other car The sales department - installation of the profitable selling price competitive in the market Management of the enterprise - "monitor" of all activity of the enterprise Quantity of the automated jobs - 100. A system is put into commercial operation, maintenance within "ITS is conducted: Prof". In further plans - production planning automation.
