Description

JSC Zagorsk Optical-Mechanical Plant was founded in 1935. The main activities - development and production of optic and optical-electronic instruments:

• for law enforcement agencies;
• for health care;
• for the industry, agriculture, the power and housing-and-municipal industries of the national economy, environmental monitoring, etc.

"ZOMZ" — one of the main developers and manufacturers of a big gamma of the observation devices, the medical equipment for diagnostics and treatment of diseases of fabrics and vessels of an eye, photofluorographs and amplifiers of brightness of the x-ray image, photometric devices and also different optical-mechanical and optical-electronic devices of defense and civil appointment. With growth of the organization the functionality of the available KISP software product became considerable not to be enough, in the investigation of what the decision on transition to other, more effective and reliable solution was made. The choice fell on an end-to-end system of automation of accounting and management of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". For implementation of this system the management of JSC ZOMZ made the decision on employee involvement of Business-Ekspert LLC company. Set the tasks for our programmers: perform fast and high-quality transition from the accounting system which is available at the enterprise to "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". Within implementation the following functions were automated:

• accounting, tax and management accounting;
• personnel records;
• purchase planning and sales;
• pricing;
• production management;
• cost accounting and accounting of defects;
• accounting according to the IFRS standards;
• product data management.

For adaptation of staff of JSC ZOMZ to work with the program complex events for training as the general, in audiences of the customer, and individual were held. Daily support by phone with a possibility of operational departure to the client in case of need was performed. The implemented system was put into commercial operation, is actively used by the staff of the organization and satisfies with everything to the available purposes and requirements.
