Description

Ozyorsk Plant of Power Stations LLC is engaged in design, production and delivery standard and non-standard power and a block modular hardware for the enterprises oil and gas, power, metallurgical and other industries. The company – the licensed producer of products for the enterprises of Rosatom State Corporation.

Earlier account was kept in the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 software product. Due to the business expansion and also growth of needs for a part of detailing of accounting the decision on transition to "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was made.

A transfer of Ozyorsk Plant of Power Stations LLC on the complete solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was made by us less, than in 4 months. Data transfer was executed of the previous system and user training to new functionality - it was focused on training in the cost accounting mechanism. Development of additional functionality regarding design-technology preparation of production, purchase management and sales is also made.

In parallel with our work the company was business process reengineering during which uniform end-to-end business process of acceptance, processing and implementation of orders of buyers was developed is organized. It was decided to integrate this business process into the current accounting system. However standard opportunities "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" did not allow to solve assigned tasks on control and execution of instructions, and the decision on integration into the current information system of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product was made. Integration was developed on technology of "Seamless integration" using the mechanism of web services. The managerial accounting system received as a result of project implementation which extended the action to 50 jobs met all requirements of Ozyorsk Plant of Power Stations LLC. The manufacturing enterprise is going to continue cooperation with our company regarding support of the software product and its integration with other business solutions.
