Subscriber telematic GLONASS/GPS the STAB Patrol terminal is the onboard navigation and coherent device as a part of the navigation and information system of monitoring and control of special transport.

The terminal is intended for determination of the current coordinates and parameters of the movement of the vehicle (on the basis of the signals given the built-in navigation receiver GLONASS/GPS), for status monitoring of external sensors, control of actuators, information exchange with the dispatching center and accomplishment of other information functions.

The STAB Patrol 101 terminal is executed in the uniform body, is installed in a regular niche of the meter panel for the autoradio tape recorder (1 DIN) and combines in itself functions of monitoring of transport, control of fuel consumption, working off of disturbing events. Works with a broad spectrum of the statuses of vehicle/special equipment. The telematic STAB Patrol 101 terminal is integrated with peripheral devices – the fuel level sensor and the disturbing button.

The possibility of an operative public address system of the driver with the manager is implemented.

Working in composition of monitoring of transport, the device transfers to the telematic server and the dispatching centers of users information on location and movement of transport and also the data from the connected additional hardware including received via the CAN interface.

For data transmission in the terminal satellite links and a radio communication can be used cellular: GSM/GPRS, Inmarsat and VHF.

2015: There was a version of STAB Patrol 101

On March 25, 2015 the Speystim company announced release of the telematic STAB Patrol terminal^[1].

As a part of functionality of the device:

• monitoring and control of transport,
• control of fuel consumption,
• instant working off of disturbing messages,
• work with a broad spectrum of the statuses of vehicle/special equipment.

The STAB Patrol terminal is created for the benefit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the most flexible and effective management of transport of mobile dresses.

STAB Patrol 101 has the integrated fuel level sensor and will help to optimize transport business processes to the enterprises of various sectors of the economy. SpaceTeam said that new modification of the STAB Patrol 101 terminal is put in serial production.

All statuses are displayed as a type of icons, and the STAB Patrol 101 terminal, in text form on the front panel, and are available to the driver. To transfer information that transport is loaded and goes to the destination (including data on location, a consumption of fuel and lubricants and technical condition) to the driver to press only one button enough", – Evgeny Tkachenko, the Head of Department of technical support of SpaceTeam told.

The STAB Patrol 101 terminal in addition performs security functions of the car. The device is equipped with a special input for a key of identification "i-Button", for setting/removal of the mode of protection of the vehicle. Using the terminal the manager can execute the hidden listening of a surrounding situation in case of emergency situations on the way.
