Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Data transfer from the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration. 2. Data transfer from the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" configuration. 3. Formation of the list of users. 4. Setup of access rights of users. 5. Joint formation of reference books, blank at data transfer. 6. Training and consultation of users on accounting sections. 7. Consultation on the questions arising at cost accounting. 8. Updating of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration to relevant releases.

Description

  • Optimization of an organization structure of group led to creation of Gruppa Kompany Astek-S LLC. For primary accounting the products "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" were selected. Stable growth of the enterprise, as a result, increase in information flows and complication of an information structure resulted in requirement of transition on program a product which would allow to aggregate all information flows and in which in addition there would be a possibility of enterprise planning.
  • Several products among which there was a product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were considered. Its opportunities and the functionality implemented in it reflecting all relevant changes of the legislation allowed the management to make a choice for benefit of this product. The software product was purchased and implemented for accounting at the enterprise. All main transactions necessary for reflection of business activities of the enterprise are automated.
  • To perform work on implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program as the partner the Kaskad Informatsionnye Tekhnologii LLC company servicing before Gruppa Kompany Astek-S LLC within the information and technology maintenance (ITM) was selected.
  • From primary accounting systems initial data (reference books, opening balances on accounting subsystems) were transferred.
  • In the course of consolidation of data deviations in settlement with employees were revealed. Different approaches of employees to data analysis in 1C: Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" did not allow to make it earlier.

In the course of implementation consulting works on the started accounting sections were carried out. In plans of the enterprise - start of the Budgeting block. Previously collaborations in formation of analytical reference books in the structure used for preparation of current budgets in Excel-e were carried out. 62 jobs are automated. A median number of the users who are at the same time working with a system - 62.

The following subsystems are put into operation:

  • Accounting of overalls, spetsostnastka and stock,

  • Purchase management,
  • Accounting and calculation of the VAT,

Implementation of an automated system allowed:

  • Increase reliability and efficiency of obtaining information,
  • Increase reliability and efficiency of obtaining the procedural reporting,
  • It is essential to reduce information processing time,
  • Increase information security: all data are stored is centralized in a single system, with management of accesses to the database, periodic archiving
