Astek-S group

History

• Astek-S company was created in 1993 in the form of limited liability partnership.
• Within the concept of development of partnership in business in the mid-nineties, now Open joint stock company PKF "Astek-S", became the shareholder of the largest trade enterprises of the city of Saratov — JSC Centralny Trading House and JSC Toy Store (for 2015 to Toy Store Ltd).
• In 2005 became the major shareholder of JSC Ivanteevsky Kamenny Karyer and
• JSC RIK Poligrafiya Povolzhya became the only shareholder of one of the largest polygraphic enterprises of the Saratov region.
• In 2007 the company broadened spheres of the interests and began to develop the direction of construction actively. JSC PKF Astek-S founded Karkasno-Monolitnoye Domostroyeniye LLC which became the first company in Saratov which applied the REKON unique technology in sborno - monolithic frame housing construction. Also in 2007 JSC PKF Astek-S the Representation in Moscow was open that allowed to expand a circle of partnership · and to enter the new markets.
• At the beginning of 2011 JSC PKF Astek-S became the main participant of Astek-ATTs LLC.
• Since 2010 at the enterprises of Astek-S group the quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001:2008 is implemented.
