The Business of Technology company developed the Warehouse configuration based on the Terrasoft platform. A system allows to expand the basic CRM configuration of the module to functionality of commodity accounting.
The configuration allows to close the main requirements of the companies working with the nomenclature without need to execute additional synchronization with the accounting system. A system will allow the sales manager to work with constantly relevant remaining balance, to the operator - to create a document package for the client, and to the storekeeper - to keep account of goods on warehouses.
Work with the scanner of barcodes simplifies work with the large volume of the nomenclature, and accounting of additional characteristics will allow to keep account with the detailed description of each position of the nomenclature without inflating of the reference book.
The first release of this configuration is expected small business where commodity account is kept in the simplified type.
In the second release the developer is going to add functionality for work of online stores thanks to modules of synchronization with the website and works with courier services.
In the third release the functionality of work of retail outlets is planned: synchronization with a fiscal registrar for printing of checks, fast registration of sales, work with monetary means.
In parallel with the main functionality specialists of the company will study additional functionality of the reporting, printed forms, business of the processes and other blocks of a system necessary for automation of work of personnel of the company and unification of all processes of the company under one management system for sales.
