The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation equipped internal troops with dispatching system of vehicles

On March 31, 2015 the DEPO Computers company announced project completion of implementation of the centers of scheduling and fleet management by request of SOKB Vektor Ltd for Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation.

Project Tasks

Operational management of the park of vehicles, by number in several thousands passenger and trucks, armored personnel carriers and other specialized equipment, required implementation of an end-to-end system of monitoring of federal level. Creation of an automated system of monitoring of location of moving objects using navigation satellite systems GLONASS/GPS - one of priority tasks of development of the equipment of Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation. In 2011 the decision on creation of a federal monitoring system with a hierarchical structure of management is made.

By request of SOKB Vektor Ltd on the platform of specialized software and own server solutions, specialists of DEPO Computers created a project prototype of the dispatching center, arranged serial production.

At the beginning of 2012 brought 208 dispatching centers controlling 1500 objects into operation. All dispatching centers are united in the single vertically integrated system subordinated to the main dispatching center located in General staff of Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

From this point a system provides control of movement of vehicles in real time, obtains the additional information about the modes of operation and a status of vehicles, including location coordinates, speed, an engine status and so forth.

In 2013 the SOKB Vektor Ltd company made the order of DEPO Computers on:

• retrofitting of a monitoring system
• production and delivery of the additional dispatching centers
• installation and adjustment in bodies of Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation
• equipment of vehicles subscribers navigation line circuits (ANC-M and NAP-BT)
• production of the educational and training stands (ETS).

Project Progress

The project on retrofitting of a monitoring system of Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation is executed in two stages. At the first stage on the approved technical requirements the DEPO Computers company made and delivered 47 additional dispatching centers and 16 educational and training stands.

In 2014, the second stage, DEPO Computers equipped with subscribers navigation line circuits more than 1.2 thousand vehicles in 222 bodies.

Installation, commissioning, integration of 47 dispatching centers with the monitoring system delivered earlier is executed.

At military institute of Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation the educational class equipped with sixteen educational and training stands imitating functionality of a monitoring system, information transfer about objects of monitoring in the single system subordinated to the main dispatching center is put into operation.

DEPO Computers performed all works on commissioning in four months, attracting a partner network. Training more than 400 specialists is provided. DEPO Computers with participation of a partner network till 2017 should provide service maintenance of a monitoring system.

Project Results

Within the project the company contractor organized and delivered Interior Ministry Troops of the Russian Federation a system from 255 dispatching centers and more than 2.7 thousand objects of monitoring.
