On April 1, 2015 it became known of start of the automation system of claim and claim activity by Russian Post.

Russian Post started the first version of a system on automation of claim and claim activity of the company which development was executed by Digital Design company.

Project Results
Claim and claim activity of Russian Post is performed at the main office and 87 regional branches of FGUP Russian Post.
For ensuring their activity the corporate information system of registration and to maintaining claims, pre-judicial and legal cases is created. The structured storage of the materials arising during claim and claim activity providing automation of different processing of documents (maintaining, informing, search and control) at the different levels is organized (management personnel the enterprise, branches).
Reporting system on claim and claim activity is developed for assessment of activity of the enterprise and for branches.
