Maria Podkhvatilina: The name of our company indicates the main specialization – automation of manufacturing enterprises and development of standard solutions for productions. Historically, Institute of Model Solutions became the first company among partners of 1C which undertook one of the most difficult directions of automation – automation of accounting at manufacturing enterprises, and further production planning.

Among successfully implemented standard solutions of Institute of Model Solutions it is possible to list "1C: Process production. TAdviser: Describe key solutions of own line of software products, all of them are founded on the platform of 1C? Who your largest customers for the last year?

Maria Podkhvatilina: As it was already mentioned above, the Institute of Model Solutions company is affiliated enterprise and the partner of 1C Company, naturally, all our software products are constructed on the 1C: Enterprise platform. These products became a result of many years of practices on real projects. I will tell about several of them which now are actively used in a large number of projects at the enterprises of the most different industries.

"Institute of Model Solutions: Process production 8" - one of the most large-scale solutions of our company. It is intended for creation of the automated control system for manufacturing enterprise with high requirements to production management tasks.

Standard solution "Institute of Model Solutions: Budgeting and Finance" allows quickly and with small costs to implement budget management and cash management. It is especially convenient to make it to the organizations which are already using the solution "1C: Accounting 8" for accounting.

Product "1C: Process production. The chemistry" is the complex ERP solution covering all main guidance loops and accounting taking into account specifics of the enterprises with production of process type.

But a product, flagman for us, at the moment is the new solution "1C: Enterprise management of ERP 2.0" in which development also experts of Institute of Model Solutions took part. Last year, despite a depressive second half in economy in general, for us was quite successful. Completed the works on a number of the projects begun in the 2013th, started new, in number volume on the basis of "1C: ERP 2.0". The largest projects are implemented at the enterprises for production and delivery of industrial equipment (electric equipment, the equipment of the oil and gas industry), in scientific and production association on production of surfactants, raw materials and technology additives for different industries, at the enterprises which are engaged in development and production of the vacuum switching equipment and also equipment manufacturing of automatic equipment and telemechanics.

TAdviser: The question is pretty tricky, but we after all will set it: in what in your opinion does advantage of 1C over the western platforms to automation of manufacturing enterprises which are present at the Russian market consist?

Maria Podkhvatilina: Any national market, and Russian here not an exception, has certain specifics. In case of our country requirements to the platform of automation are influenced by specifics of taxation and accounting, feature of business processes of the enterprises. Advantage of domestic developments is their initial adaptedness to the features designated above. If to speak in detail about "1C: Enterprise", additional benefits is the prevalence of the platform in general and existence of huge community of implementers and developers.

TAdviser: What vital issues face the Russian enterprises in respect of automation, especially against the background of difficult economic conditions today. Whether these modern calls can satisfy products of 1C? For example, regarding forecasting, advanced analytics and so on?

Maria Podkhvatilina: Recently we held an open conference for manufacturing enterprises within which we considered results of the first successful implementation projects of new software "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0", held personal consultations for the interested avtomatizator. On an action many questions about supply chain management, about decrease in influence of a human factor and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer service, about ensuring operational monitoring of activity of the enterprise with heads and also about optimization of the production program and loading of the equipment at the enterprise sounded. Even during crisis of the company are interested in transition from outdated accounting systems to new, giving more than advantages to business to which also "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" belongs.

Maria Podkhvatilina: Our main plans are concentrated regarding increase in number of implementation projects of the new product "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0". At the moment the large number of projects is already implemented, there is an accumulation of methodical practices, development of own training materials with profound studying of the block of production planning is completed, product output, being industry and functional additions "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" is planned.
