Yukon-Assistans completed implementation of EDMS

On April 2, 2015 the group announced IT-Consult completion of implementation of the information management system estimated activity to Yukon-Assistans^[1].

Project Results

As a result of project implementation possibilities of the module on the organization of information are finished:

• Maintaining register of objects of assessment;

• Control over holding estimated procedures and report generation about assessment;

• Preparation, storage and document retrieval accompanying estimated procedures;

• Reporting on loading of personnel, diagrams of work;

• Maintaining the register of appraisers with history logging of participation in preparation of valuation reports, history of a labor activity and advanced training;

• Maintaining history of relationship with insurance companies, including insured events;

The functionality for the organization of activity of experts is added:

• More flexible determination of a subject of the created reports which helped to include in the general circuit and expert works;

• Maintaining the register of agreements on assessment and examination, with a possibility of control of performing discipline of contractual relations between clients and contractors;

• Formation of the periodic and single reporting of participants of estimated activity before SRO;

System implementation of electronic document management of Directum, in particular, on estimated and expert activity with controls agreements, reduced costs of time for routine operations on formation of the standard documents accompanying estimated activity and reporting of appraisers before SRO.
