Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group automated distribution network AquaTrade (Moldova)

March 31, 2015. The largest distributor of butylated water and soft drinks of Moldova — AquaTrade trading house — together with Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group completed the large-scale project of automation of distribution network.

The main business requirements which were shown when choosing software: consolidation of information at the central office, a flexible control and management system for personnel, a possibility of operational tracking of a situation in "fields", sending orders to online the mode. The type of program architecture was separately considered: preference was given to centralized systems as the probability of emergence of errors in them is minimized.

On a system test stage in February-March, 2014 profitability of business processes of the first of the automated platforms was increased. According to the staff of AquaTrade company, in cold season the market of butylated water usually endures seasonal recession. At the sales platform using ST Chicago, sales grew, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

In a year a system was implemented in 6 territorial and 17 distribution branches which cover 100% — 10.5 thousand sales points of the country (data are provided to TD AquaTrade). "All platforms are started: data on business processes are consolidated in the ST Chicago system, information on orders gathers using mobile application "ST Mobile Trade". We obtain up-to-date data which allow to work pointwise, but not blindly.
