Volga region bank of Sberbank of the Russian Federation (Projects of creation of complex IT infrastructure)

April 06, 2015. The LAN ATMservice company (enters into LANIT Group) and the Volga region bank of Sberbank of Russia started SLM service more than 4500 ATMs, payment terminals and FLM service more than 2500 devices. Ensured smooth operation of the equipment of the largest financial institution of the region which departments and the equipment are located in the territory of the Samara, Astrakhan, Volgograd, Orenburg, Penza, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions.

LAN ATMservice performed complex maintenance in all regions of presence of the Volga region bank of Sberbank of Russia and by that provided a service coverage in more than 500,000 sq.km., representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

The company performed works on the first and second support line of ATMs (FLM, SLM). The list of services included repair of any level of complexity, including replacement of expensive spare parts, scheduled maintenance, change of supplies, recovery of the equipment after vandalism cases, debugging of specialized devices of protection of ATMs. The equipment of bank is provided by different models of devices of producers NCR, Wincor Nixdorf, Diebold, ITT, DORS, Quantum, SFOUR.
