Earlier the UCS SPb company automated places of public catering of the resort based on the R-Keeper system which proved as the reliable and multifunction tool in business management. Therefore when choosing the automation system for subjects to placement IT specialists of the resort addressed developments of UCS company again.

The professional system of management Shelter is a hardware and software system which covers all aspects of activity of hotel: work with guests, personnel and services of hotel, sale of services, drawing of accounts, armoring of the number of rooms, analytics and financial planning, maintaining programs of loyalty and many other things.

Staff of Department of implementation of UCS SPb company installed the module Internet armoring which is integrated with a management system for sales of Channel Manager WuBook and Travelline Channel Manager and also with payment systems Robokassa, ReserveMaster, Assist. It allows to control all sales channels at the same time. Guests can armor the number of rooms not only on the website of hotel, but also using usual third-party resources. Payment of armor can also be made, using Internet services. Such services positively affect loyalty of guests and allow to attract bigger quantity of living.

Also the module Manager of Actions was installed, it allows to plan actions for group arrivals and to coordinate all events happening in hotel, to armor the necessary halls, the equipment, resources of hotel, to define the menu from R-Keeper base for banquets and buffet receptions; make necessary reports.

Specialists of UCS SPb company carried out integration of a hotel management system into the restaurant R-Keeper system, thus, having performed complex automation of a subject to placement. In addition to software implementation and balancing and commissioning, personnel training of hotel for the most effective operation of the Shelter system was organized.
