A system solves the following large problems:

  • automation of services of armoring and placement

Shelter supports hierarchical accounts (folio) with a possibility of a task of restrictions for transactions and transfers, with entering of the amounts as upon rendering service, and automatically, sale of services by difficult packets with a possibility of multistage recalculation of actual cost, rates and a rate contracts, maintaining history of the guest and the history of settlings with clients, open, group, special reservation, as number or by number. Information on accounts of restaurant, on perfect calls and viewings television automatically is included in the account of the guest.
The Shelter system consists a set of modules and the core providing their integration and differentiation of the user powers. Such solution allows to collect the automated jobs with the necessary functionality, to expand and replace functions without recompilation of a system.

SHELTER. Automation of hotel economy

The Shelter system still takes the leading positions in the market of automation of hotel business. In the new version of the Shelter v.2 system installation process and settings became even simpler, the architecture of the database provides the high speed of work, the program has the modern interface and a set of opportunities for personalisation. Many the convenient hot keys and a possibility of simultaneous operation with several armorings, settlements, the folio and t.d are offered to the user.

In 2013 active development and implementation of Shelter v2 continued. Clients had an opportunity of automatic update of the program from the global server of updates thanks to what now all new functionality of the program is available in minimum possible terms now.

In total in 2013 using the Shelter system more than 130 hotels were automated. In comparison with 2012 sales of a system increased by 19%. A total quantity of installations - 866.
