The international Group RB Partners is founded in 2004 by top managers of the largest Russian financial institutions (Alfa-Bank, Group Interros, VTB) and partners of the international auditor and consulting companies (PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY).

The company specializes in rendering investment banking services for the Russian and international companies, services in the field of corporate management for the leading Russian financial institutions and also in management of venture investments at "sowing" and "early" stages of development for the purpose of creation of the perspective businesses based on the innovative technological solutions.

Since 2010 the RB Partners Company is a member of Globalscope international association (www.globalscopepartners.com) including 44 investment consulting firms from 38 countries of the world specializing in area of merges and absorption and corporate financing.

Since 2004 the Company successfully carried out more than 60 projects in the field of support of transactions M&A for the total amount over 1.7 billion a dale. The USA by request of the international and Russian institutional investors and also performed investments into 3 technology companies in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Today the RB Partners Group includes the Holding company of Rbpartnera and several portfolio companies in which over 100 highly qualified specialists work. Offices of Group are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and San Mateo (the State of California, the USA).
