2020

Joining the MBU "Improvement Plant"

By Decree of the Administration of the City District of SerpukhovMoscow Region dated August 19, 2020^[1], the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Improvement Combine" was reorganized in the form of joining the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Serpukhov Heating Network" with the transfer of all rights and obligations to the Municipal Budgetary Institution "Improvement Combine" in succession.

On November 26, 2020, the Serpukhov Heating Network MBU was liquidated.

Conversion to MBU "Serpukhov Heating Network"

On August 3, 2020, the municipal unitary enterprise of the city of Serpukhov, Moscow Region, "Serpukhov Heating Network" was reorganized in the form of transformation into the MBU "Serpukhov Heating Network."

2015: Activities of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Serpukhov Heating Network"

According to 2015 data, the Serpukhov Heating Network Municipal Unitary Enterprise of the city of Serpukhov, Moscow Region, is a modern, dynamically developing heat and energy company. The main activity of the enterprise is high-quality and uninterrupted provision of thermal energy, hot water and coolant for the needs of heating, ventilation, steam and hot water supply to the housing stock, social and household facilities and enterprises of the city of Serpukhov. The company provides services under more than 800 contracts (about 1179 objects), making settlements with legal entities, management companies, HOAs, housing and communal services and directly with the private sector.
