"Vika the measure" completed audit of ERP

On April 9, 2015 the CORUS Consulting group announced completion of audit of a resource management system of the enterprise in the Russian representative office of WIKA.

Project Tasks

The enterprise management system on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform is used in the international branches and head office WIKA for a long time. In the Russian representative office also it is unrolled ERP.

Project Progress

Involved specialists of Corus Consulting to audit of system implementation, identification of necessary settings and completions.

According to the results of audit the company contractor submitted the report with recommendations which execution will allow to bring the ERP system into operation. In addition to it is necessary it it is necessary to implement the Russian version of the module "Fixed assets" in Microsoft Dynamics AX containing the regulated reporting forms (OC1, OC2, acts of write-off, acts of commissioning and others), requirements of the domestic legislation, necessary for observance.

"According to the results of audit the list of completions, necessary for start of a system, was submitted to us. Works on the blocks connected with sales and logistics were undertaken by specialists of Vick Mer and WIKA Systems as this process is identical to those practicians who are accepted in international markets. And the settings necessary for observance of all regulations of accounting and the reporting, we gave to experts of Corus Consulting. As a result, now we use the powerful and flexible technological solution from world vendor which allows us to be in a common information space with our colleagues from foreign offices WIKA, but at the same time completely considers the Russian specifics", - Ekaterina Buryanova, the chief financial officer of Vick Mer emphasized.

In addition to the list of completions, consultations on settings of accounting and implementation of the module "Fixed assets", the command of Corus Consulting provided user training and also coordinated works which were conducted by the customer's forces regarding setup of the customs magazine and the magazine of supplier payments.
