In the capital in September, 2017 the plant of measuring devices opened. High-precision production managed to be started thanks to the foreign investments and tax benefits. According to Sergey Sobyanin who arrived to opening, industrial enterprises will soon receive additional financial aid from Moscow — in particular, a grant at connection to utilities[1].
The employee of the assembly shop configures the next manometer. Almost magic percussions by the screw-driver on the device are necessary in order that all parts accurately rose there where it is necessary. When all component parts surely feel on the places, calibrate the device.
"We calibrate our devices, then they go to the following line where existence of leaks is checked by the gel leak detector. The helium molecule — the second largest after a hydrogen molecule, and in case of some cracks and imperfections a molecule slips there, and the detector catches it" — the director of production of the plant Alexey Alekseev told.
The main customers of products in Russia — the oil and gas companies. Devices are necessary to them for measurement of pressure and other indicators in pipes and reservoirs.
The German company Wika manufactured the first manometer in 1946 and it is considered the leader in this area. In the mid-nineties opened office in Moscow. And today it is already whole production of the measuring equipment: four buildings of five thousand square meters and 100 jobs for Muscovites.
"Measures of support of the industry which are performed by the Government of Moscow bring the results. New productions open. The main requirement for these productions — that jobs which are created at these enterprises were first of all for Muscovites. It means that it is hi-tech places and it is good, adequately paid" — the Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin says.
Germans invested 15 million euros in the project. The Moscow authorities helped to accelerate construction and applied tax benefits to the investor.
"We were supported that our project as soon as possible took place. We were attracted too to the so-called special investment contract which gives us certain preferences. The main benefit is a reduction of income tax" — Alexey Alekseev says.
By 2018 the expected profit of the enterprise will make 1.7 billion rubles. If forecasts come true, the company will become the largest taxpayer in the capital.
