Rosinter Restorants was improved by EDMS

April 08, 2015. The Corus Consulting company reported^[1] Rosinter Restorants^[2] about improvement of an electronic document management system.

Tasks

Project implementation was directed to the solution at the same time of several tasks: automation of an internal document flow, the organization of external electronic document management with partners and implementation of the portal of support for the staff of the company.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of Corus Consulting implemented the solution "Korus|Document flow" on the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 platform with the module of the electronic digital signature and also executed integration of EDMS into the EDI solution "Kontur.Diadok". Besides, the structured Zayavki service intended for formation by employees of service requests of restaurants was developed. In the constructed service such types of requests as purchase and hardware maintenance, preparation and change of jobs, software maintenance and services of communication, construction repair work, the order of motor transport are provided.

• The term of approval of agreements was reduced several times
• Transparency of processes of approval of draft documents, their signings and transfers for execution increased
• Costs of the company for storage, transfer and document handling decreased,
• The risk of loss of documents is almost completely excluded
• The possibility of simultaneous operation of a large number of employees is implemented
• The performing discipline in work with documents is increased
• A common information space in holding is created
