Description

Due to the need of increase in efficiency of work with financial documentation in Basel Aero LLC and process optimization of management of archive of finance documents the decision on need of implementation of a single automated system for accounting and storage of copies of finance documents based on the information systems 1C which are already implemented at the Customer was made. The main objective of the project was the organization of uniform electronic archive of images of primary financial and economic documents, agreements and other documents concerning financial and economic activity of the enterprise and automation of input of primary finance documents in electronic archive. Besides, it was important to achieve reduction of temporary costs and labor costs for search, selection and granting the necessary sets of documents on requests of different services and inspection bodies. By the beginning of the project at the Customer automated systems on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform were already implemented. As an electronic document management system the 1C: Document Flow CORP configuration was used. Conducting accounting and tax accounting and also payroll and personnel records are organized in based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 configuration. Creation of a system of archive of finance documents had to be performed in close integration with these systems. As the contractor on rendering implementation services the ANT-Inform LLC company having big project work experience with large enterprises in different areas was selected. Preparation of the project began in July, 2013. Implementation studied in project technologies according to the diagram and other documents. Together with ANT-Inform LLC company processes of preparation and accounting of copies of finance documents proceeding from problems of creation of an automated system were defined. ANT-Inform are executed by specialists works on refining of requirements to a system, adaptation of configurations 1C, implementation of the set-up solution in the organizations of the Customer. As a result of implementation the Customer received the single system of archive of finance documents which is considering features of activity and carrying out all tasks set for it. Control when processing finance documents increased. Time for search and providing documents to different services was reduced.
