For April 14, 2015 Adizes Executive Dashboard helps to implement managerial function on control over a financial result, on changes in reporting system. Work in a system provides effective resource allocation of economic entity in time.

The product is focused on the organizations in the field of trade and services, production companies. The Adizes Executive Dashboard configuration is developed among "1C:Enterprise 8" in the mode of managed application and maintains all advantages of this technology platform: scalability, simplicity of administration and configuring.

The software solution is developed by 1C-Rarus company in cooperation with Adizes Institute.

Data come to a panel of monitoring of AED that gives the chance of operational efficiency analysis of each business unit and the factors influencing an end financial result. In the summary report of the program created on only one page all sources of profit and costs in structure of the company are displayed, visually providing information on the problem and needing changes sections at the different levels.

For monitoring of achievement of effective objectives the program creates the plan-fact budget report in which acceptable deviations and exceeding of such deviations on each division are selected.

The head can analyze discrepancy of planned and actual targets, find a source of a problem and responsible for result. It causes transparency and continuous improvement of business schemes, increases profitability of business in general.
