"Cinimex" completed budgeting process automation system implementation

On April 14, 2015 it became known about implementation of the software solution Adizes Executive Dashboard of 1C-Rarus company in IT structure of "Cinimex".

For increase in clearness and process performance of the reporting specialists of "Cinimex" in cooperation with 1C-Rarus company implemented the complete software solution Adizes Executive Dashboard in the accounting system of the company.

Project Progress

Development of Adizes Executive Dashboard helps to manage quickly changes, to control profitability and to optimize costs, to build the balanced remuneration system and responsibility of employees, based on reliable data on each activity of the customer.

Data on all divisions of the company come to a uniform panel of monitoring of AED that gives the chance to carry out operational efficiency analysis of each business unit and the factors influencing an end financial result. In the summary report of the program created on only one page all sources of profit and costs in structure of the company are displayed, visually providing information on the problem and needing changes sections at the different levels.
