History

2006

• In 2006 the software product the Medical information system "PHYSICIAN +" was developed for the solution of relevant tasks and reduction of paper document flow in clinics of Chelyabinsk region. Liquidation of queues in registry and offices of doctors, reduction of write time of patients on acceptance, the automated control over delivery of health care became result of implementation of MIS "PHYSICIAN +" that led to quality improvement and availability of medical care to Miass, Chelyabinsk, Kyshtym and other cities of Chelyabinsk region.

2009

• MIS "PHYSICIAN +" was approved by the decision of Coordination council of the Ministry of Health of Chelyabinsk region in 2009 how a standard system for health facilities and is recommended for voluntary conveyance and implementation in health facilities of Chelyabinsk region.

2010

• In 2010 on the instructions of Chelyabinsk regional MIAC of MIS "PHYSICIAN +" it was finished to the last requirements of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation, including requirements of the legislation for personal data protection when maintaining medical records in electronic form. For the centralized distribution and access to MIS by means of the thin client via the web interface for clinics of Chelyabinsk region the subsystem Electronic registry was released.
• MIS "PHYSICIAN +" is free to extend among health facilities of Chelyabinsk region for conducting the personified accounting of the provided medical care on the basis of primary data and the records EMK, management of settlement for the provided medical care, the analysis of activity and reporting.

2011

• In 2011 the integration openHealth platform which already underwent approbation during implementation of a pilot project of creation of the integrated EMR of Chelyabinsk region was released and registered in Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks.

2012

• In 2012 together with the companies IBS Ocean Informatics tender is also won for development and pilot implementation of IEMK for Department of Information Technologies Moscow. On the instructions of the municipal government of health care of Chelyabinsk the city recording system on acceptance to the doctor via the Internet is unrolled. Complex automation of federal institutions of FMBA of Trekhgorny MSCh№72, clinic of ChelGMA Chelyabinsk, Federal State Budgetary Institution of science the Ural scientific and practical center of radiation medicine FMBA of Russia is made (FGBUN UNPTS RM of FMBA of Russia Chelyabinsk).
