April 20, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company reported[1] about project completion on automation of work of HR department of Titanic Investments company. A system is constructed based on the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. The solution helped to optimize work of HR department, accelerated process of preparation of documents and simplified providing the regulated reporting in state bodies.

Choosing a Solution

As the tool for automation of the HR policy the company selected a popular Russian product - "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". 1C-Rarus acted as the partner in the project, IT specialists automated 6 jobs.

Result

The functionality of the program allows to work practically with all types of accurals of wages. Specialists of HR department do not need to keep account of a worked time. It is calculated as the volume of planned time which the specialist, minus the recorded deviations from this diagram had to work. At payroll it is enough to enter key parameters, and the program performs all further operations automatically. Including, the solution considers all deduction types, taxes and contributions. If necessary the end result can be changed manually. The lack of a tough binding to the current settlement period allows to adjust data for any last period.

"1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" helped to implement modern approach to personnel recruitment. The program gives support throughout search of the employee: from formation of a vacancy before adoption of the final solution. A system helps to estimate professional skills of the applicant and to stop the choice on the most suitable and qualified candidate.

A system became the main source of information on a professional feedback of employees. The management of "Titanic investments" analyzes personnel structure and performs reasonable shifts, most effectively distributing valuable resources of the company.
