On April 21, 2015 the LETA Engineering company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue in Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 3 for the Republic of Adygea.
Project Tasks
FTS required the solution on flow control of clients created on the basis of the domestic industrial software.
The inspectorate received a specialized hardware-software complex of ESUO on four working windows, the SOKOK physical panels, LED information displays of the operator, the system of printing of coupons, a dashboard for a waiting zone, a switching equipment of ESUO, the unique software of SMART QMS.

Project Results
Implementation of ESUO helped to distribute evenly a flow of visitors that saved employees from stressful situations. Automation of the movement of queue helped to increase quality of the rendered services.
