CFT Management networks of self-service - the service focused on financial institutions, banks.
On April 22, 2015 the Center of Financial Technologies presented the universal solution helping to optimize a business model of work of infrastructure of banking institutions[1].
The technology is focused on the solution of a complex of tasks:
- filling of network of self-service of retail bank clients by the services demanded and bringing commission income,
- infrastructure management simplification,
- cost reductions of bank on technology support of network and claims activities.
Service automates:
- parameters of the organization of work of bank on remote service of retail clients, including interaction with ABS, PTs and billing,
- configuring of networks,
- monitoring and infrastructure management,
- fraud monitoring,
- analysis and reporting
- many other things.
The solution allows to change and bring in short terms to self-service devices new services and products in all network at the same time. It works for banks with different processing centers – as in the in-house mode, and external. Service is offered according to the SaaS model and does not require participation of hardware complexes of customers.
