The InStock Technologies company completed system implementation of management of the warehouse IsWMS in METTEM-Tekhnologii production company (Barrier and Akvasistema trademarks) in 2014. In 2015 the warehouse of Mettem-Tekhnologii company underwent certification on the quality standard of ISO 9001.

Need to pass through itself as all flows of raw materials and materials for production sites, and finished goods of the companies became feature of the organization of a warehouse complex of METTEM-Tekhnologii company.

When processing on raw-material storage and materials the IsWMS system considers both batches, and the statuses of these batches and types of goods corresponding to them. For example, the arriving raw materials of the automatically determined commodity groups should receive the status "are not checked by Quality Department", then, already in storage, this status can be changed automatically or manually to other statuses: for each status – the algoritmika of processing. A part of raw materials is weight goods. Its processing is conducted so that if the weight of unit/packaging once on acceptance is recorded, then then in processing weight was not requested any more. Selection of such goods under the order for production needs to be conducted taking into account possible deviations of weight of the picked-up goods from weight in the order.

For the purpose of optimization of selection of weight and measured goods of InStock Technologies the special fitting algorithm allowing to pick up pallets/rolls of different weight/length for the order is developed so that the total weight of the picked-up goods was closest ordered, and only the whole packagings would be selected, at the same time. The finished goods are shipped as distributors, and to network shops. Respectively, rules of selection, control/packaging and shipment of goods to IsWMS depend on a type of the consignee.
