Softline Ukraine automated business processes by WorkFlowSoft implementation

On April 29, 2015 the Softline Ukraine company announced end of an internal implementation project of WofkFlowSoft for business process automation of the company.

Project Tasks

Softline Ukraine company the simple and convenient solution for automation of a number of business processes was required. In particular, prior to the beginning of the project internal approval of agreements happened by e-mail. Permanent transfers with a set of comments overloaded mail and complicated process of search of the current version of the document, approval determination of the status.

Earlier the product WofkFlowSoft was used in the company for setting and control of accomplishment of simple tasks. Upgraded version of the solution is recently released: templates and the graphics editor of business processes are added.

Project Progress

Specialists of Softline worked the scheme of approval, a condition of transitions and implemented the working scheme of business process. All process of start of a system took less than a week.

Project Results

For April 29, 2015 the product is used by the staff of the company and is recommended for use by customers who were faced the need of increase in efficiency of work with individual and collective tasks.

"For the signature brought me the document with paper visas of each department earlier. Now I receive the document with electronic visas. At any time it is possible to see on what employee the task "clogged". In case of delay the head sees tasks which approval occupies a progressive tense, and can quickly react. All changes and comments on tasks are recorded, a system saves and shows the history of changes, - Oleg Avilov, the director of the department of sales of Softline Ukraine noted.
