On April 29, 2015 the 1C-Rarus company announced support of Stella Art Foundation in the organization of HR processes by means of integration of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program into IT infrastructure of fund.
Project Tasks
As information support of work of HR department the organization selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. Works were performed by specialists 1C-Rarus.

Project Results
The program automated process of settlings with employees:
- input of documents on the actual development,
- payment of sick-lists
- holidays
- formation of documents for salary payment
- the reporting in the state regulatory authorities.
The charges and deduction regulated by the state are reflected in costs of fund.
The program completely automated process of search and job invitation of new employees – from placement of a vacancy before acceptance of the final decision. All materials collected in the course of communication with the candidate are stored in uniform base. In a system it is possible to plan interviews and to register partial decisions.
Specialists had an opportunity to quickly create reports on personnel with different conditions of selection and detailing, and the management - a management tool financial and not material motivation of employees.
