"Uniform client" at consolidation banks "Opening" and "B&N Bank" HFLabs implemented integration of "The uniform client" with the accounting systems of two banks. Data between the systems of banks and "The uniform client" are synchronized in real time. For the project selected a failsafe configuration: HFLabs deployed several servers of "The uniform client" with active balancing and synchronization of data.

The Otkrytiye bank brought in the spring of 2015 into commercial operation the Uniform Client system.
"The uniform client" – the Russian system of HumanFactor company which allows to collect and support the reference customer base. "The uniform client" is synchronized with 9 systems of bank in real time. It puts client data of physical persons and legal entities in order – checks and standardizes the addresses, phones and a full name, identifies and integrates duplicates.
"In "The uniform client" we received "box" which already contains the best examination on problems of DataQuality in the Russian market – tells Blagirev Alexey , the development director of the systems of analytics and the reporting of Otkrytiye Bank. – Business should operate only with up-to-date information therefore we create model of analytical services using the concept DaaS – data as service, and "The uniform client" provides this service regarding client data, providing a reference client profile to all interested users in real time: BI CRM AML".
"The uniform client" allowed to analyze quality of client data for the first time completely, – Shushan Kekhvayants, the project manager in bank tells. – We revealed as the problems hidden earlier in data, and the interesting facts about interrelations of clients. The project of monitoring which will show a status of quality of data online by the interesting business parameters is now started".
Using "The uniform client" the bank excluded from marketing actions of clients with bad contacts, optimized mechanisms of assessment of the borrower in the course of application for the credit, reduced to zero the number of false operations of check according to the list of extremists.
During the period time of implementation of the project occurred accession of Otkrytiye Bank to the Khanty-Mansi bank which systems in one month were integrated with "The uniform client". Thus, the bank in the shortest possible time received the integrated reference customer base.
