The TORNADO-CCPPS is the complex intended for replacement of an obsolete equipment and upgrade of the central transceiving stations (CTS). The TORNADO-CCPPS performs functions of acceptance, registration, archiving and transfer on the top level of information from telemechanics devices (Tornado-KP or others).
"TORNADO-CCPPS" is intended for the organization of an operations control room and provides receiving and transmitting data and commands from the controlled points (CP), the automated jobs of managers and other correspondents under different telemechanical protocols. A core of a computing subsystem of "TORNADO-CCPPS" are industrial controllers. In "TORNADO-CCPPS" the industrial controller MIC controllers with bus CXC (VITA 14-199, PEP Modular Computers standard), the manufacturer MST Ltd company (Russia) is used: "TORNADO-CCPPS" implements the following functions:
- Exchange of operational information with KP and other TsPPS;
- Support of different telemechanical protocols and formats of data;
- Information exchange with the quickly information managing director of a complex (QIMDC) under MEK-870-5-104/101 protocol;
- Information output on a dispatching board using controllers of a dispatching board;
- Synchronization of astronomical time;
- Diagnostics of statuses of communication channels;
- Information processing (scaling, etc.);
- Formation of statistical information on work of TsPPS;
- Management of the normative reference information.
- Doraschet and dostoverization.
- Algorithms of local automatic equipment.
- Information display from RV TsPPS DB by means of the automated workplace which is built in a web telemechanics.
"TORNADO-CCPPS" obtains information on a status of controlled points by means of the digital Ethernet, RS-232 and RS-422 interfaces. When using digital RS-232 and RS-422 interface IEC telemechanical protocol 870-5-101 or other legacy telemechanical protocols can be applied. When using the Ethernet interface will be applied IEC protocol 870-5-104. "TORNADO-CCPPS" contains the relevant database of all signals arriving from controlled points which is available to the software of the Operational and Information Managing Director Kompleksa (OIMDK). Access to the TORNADO-CCPPS database is provided by means of an Ethernet network using IEC protocol 870-5-104/101.
"TORNADO-CCPPS" can be delivered in redundant and nonredundant execution. In redundant execution the set of the equipment of TsPPS includes 2 crates of MIC with the communication submodules PB-TPU installed in them. In one crate about 12 communication submodules PB-TPU can be installed. Each communication submodule services 8 full-duplex communication channels at speeds from 100 to 9600 baud. Determination of an active set of the equipment is assigned on the arbitrator. There are two options of implementation of the arbitrator – the mechanical arbitrator (key) and the automatic hardware arbitrator with a possibility of forced switching of an active set.
Configuring of TsPPS is executed using software Configurator of TsPPS. Configuring of TsPPS is possible without connection to the controller. The software is expected 30000 variables. The software allows to use Windows clipboard for import and export of data. The telemechanics of TsPPS provides the software of an automated workplace:
