Bureau of Win upgraded IT infrastructure

On April 28, 2015 it became known of the IT infrastructure unrolled in Bureau Win company on the platform of solutions Cisco. The integrator in the project the company Ipland Ukrainian Distributor of Wines^[1].

Project Progress

Specialists of integrator developed for Bureau of Win model of corporate network with two physically independent communication channels in each point and scalable architecture like "star". At such topology failure of network, any of points, is practically excluded. by means of use of dynamic routing transition time from the main channel on reserve is minimized. The network on the basis of Cisco ISR G2 routers with the integrated services gives an ability to manage the bandwidth of channels and provides the maximum data availability by means of use of different mechanisms of reservation.

For ensuring mobility of employees within offices and shops the rule of wireless access (Wi-fi) which core there were Cisco controllers of series 2500 and access point of Cisco of series 1100 is unrolled. It allowed employees to use portable devices for accounting of goods.

Implementation of the unified telephone communication using the IP telephony system on the basis of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (UCME) solves a problem of providing employees with telephony. A system helped to reduce costs for telephone communication and to provide centralized operation by the company.

Project Results

The solutions of Cisco implemented by the Ipland command helped to centralize and accelerate business processes of the customer. The IP telephony from Cisco helped to save in touch between the offices located in the different cities.

Thanks to solutions of Cisco the integrator constructed the reliable, protected and manageable IT infrastructure satisfying current demands of the customer and aimed in the future for Bureau of Win. For integrator it is the ambitious project promoting strengthening of cooperation with Cisco.

Within the project at the central office of the company in Kiev and in shops "Bureau Win" the multiservice corporate network, the IP telephony system and Wi-fi network are implemented. IT infrastructure helped to accelerate business processes and to increase performance of work, both office, and mobile employees.
