2015: Start of sales of NTC EOS product

On May 13, 2015, Electronic Office Systems and the National Certification Center announced the start of sales of the electronic signature product.

The joint solution helps you get everything you need to apply an electronic signature (software and E/P certificates) in one window mode. This reduces the time it takes to move to an electronic signature.

Using the solution, it is possible to:

• organize the exchange of documents with counterparties in electronic form

• ensure the legal significance of the internal documents of the organization

As part of "NTC EOS":

• qualified certificate of the electronic signature verification key, which in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 63-FZ "On Electronic Signature" is a prerequisite for the recognition of electronic

a document equivalent to a paper document signed by its own hand signature;

• a secure key medium on which the user's electronic signature secret key used in signing and decrypting electronic documents is stored;

• means for cryptographic protection of information, ensuring the resistance of encrypted and signed documents to compromise and unauthorized change;

• Karma and EDSIGN applications, which implement an interface that is simple and understandable to any computer user for signing and encrypting electronic documents. EDSIGN allows you to sign text documents and tables directly in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Karma cryptographic support system provides cryptographic information protection functions - the use of electronic signature and encryption in arbitrary application software. Including, for example, provides the ability to sign and encrypt files directly from Windows Explorer .

EDSIGN works with electronic signatures in accordance with the usual procedures for processing paper documents, while maintaining the advantages of working with electronic documents.
