Content

On May 13, 2015 it became known of the beginning of implementation in Uralsib bank of the solution IBM Contact Optimization for increase in return of investments into direct marketing communications. The project is executed by company GlowByte Consulting[1].

Project Tasks

Growth of number of products and services for which promotion the directed marketing is used was led to significant increase in number of the targeted marketing campaigns waged by bank and by rise in price of services regarding call-down and mailing of messages demanded cost optimization on these canals.

The bank needed the solution for creation of a system of an optimal kommunitsirovaniye with clients on the basis of the accumulated experience of sales.

As the contractor attracted GlowByte Consulting company.

Project Progress

A system should be integrated in CRM bank and to use for all retail banking products of Uralsib — the credits and credit cards, insurance and deposit proposals, providing more effective use by the client of banking products.

The optimum allocation of offers and communications on a portfolio of bank providing profit maximization or other target indicator at the choice of the user of a system helps to find the solution IBM Contact Optimization mathematically. At the same time all available factors are considered:

  • parameters of offers,
  • contact policy,
  • tendency to acquisition of this or that product,
  • preferences on communication channels,
  • budget restrictions,
  • risks
  • forecast of utilization, etc.

It is supposed that the project will be complete within five months.
