2023: Production of 37 million packs of creams, toothpaste, shampoos, soap and other products worth almost 3 billion rubles

One of the oldest metropolitan enterprises - the cosmetic factory "Freedom" - at the end of 2023 made 37 million packages of creams, toothpaste, shampoos, soap and other products worth almost three billion rubles. This was announced on December 28, 2023 by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The company employs more than 500 people. High-performance lines are installed here, which allow up to 450 different products to be produced simultaneously. So, at the end of 2023, the factory produced more than 2.1 thousand tons of solid soap, over 37 million packages of various cosmetic products and hygiene products worth almost three billion rubles. The support of the city also helps to achieve such results - in August, the Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support compensated the factory for part of the cost of paying interest on the loan agreement, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

At the end of 2023, the company produced more than 15 million tubes of creams, over 4.1 million packages of products for and after shaving, more than 7.5 million bottles of shampoos, balms and gels, as well as over 8.6 million packages of toothpaste and more than 1.5 million packages of hair dye.

In addition, at the end of 2023, the company opened a new direction. Pet products began to be produced here: shampoos and spray conditioners for hair care, paw washing gels and creams for caring for them.

In 2023, the factory celebrated its 180th anniversary. The company's products are popular not only in the regions of the country, but also abroad. The factory is actively establishing foreign economic relations with friendly foreign partners.
