Previously, Vladislav Ovchinsky served as head of the State Inspectorate for Control over the Use of Real Estate in Moscow. According to Vladimir Efimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, during the management period, Ovchinsky brought the work of the State Real Estate Inspectorate of the city to a new technical level.
