2019: System implementation of control of screws of a mobile bottom of a boiler

On September 2, 2019 the Circle company reported that the management efficiency and safety of operation of a utilities equipment of Mini-CHPP Bely ruchey at the expense of system implementation of control of screws of a mobile bottom of a boiler is increased. Works on expansion of the APCS functions of combined heat and power plant were carried out within upgrade of boiler No. 2.

Mini-CHPP Bely ruchey is a part of TGC-2 and provides with energy logging enterprise White Stream and residents of the settlement of Depot of the Vologda region. As the main fuel low-grade wood, wood processing waste, peat with the high efficiency of burning – up to 90% is used. Electric power of combined heat and power plant is 6 MW, thermal power is 26 Gcal/h.

The KRUG company executes completion of the application software, including: making changes in databases, graphic project, programming of applied tasks, installation and setup of dynamic elements, generation of printing documents. Are made:

  • technical diagnostics of work of an APCS
  • project works and additional equipment of the control cabinet of boiler No. 2 (delivery and installation of the payments necessary for regulators).

The APCS of Mini-CHPP Bely ruchey is developed based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex and intended for control of two E-25-3.9-440 boilers and one P-6-35/0.5-1 steam turbine.

2014: Upgrade of an APCS

The KRUG scientific and production firm for the purpose of reliability augmentation of work of technology equipment carries out upgrade of an APCS of industrial Mini-CHPP Bely Ruchey in the Vologda region.

Mini-CHPP Bely ruchey is a part of TGC-2 and is one of two largest producers of heat in the Vytegra district of the Vologda region. As the main fuel the renewable energy source – low-grade wood, wood processing waste, peat is used. Electric power is 6 MW, thermal power is 26 Gcal/h.

The industrial control system of Mini-CHPP Bely ruchey is developed on the basis of the KRUG-2000® software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000) and put into operation at start-up of the first stage of combined heat and power plant in 2006.

Purposes of upgrade of an APCS:

  • reliability augmentation of work of technology equipment due to correction of algorithms of protection
  • possibility of operational management, analysis and optimization of work planning of the equipment.

Functions of a system:

  • local and remote control of procedures of ignition of torches
  • local and remote control of an armature of torches
  • automatic control
  • hardware-software self-diagnostics of basic elements of a system
  • technology protection and blocking
  • display of a condition of equipment on screens of the automated jobs of operators
  • monitoring of temperature and hydraulic parameters
  • maintaining and archiving of trends of parameters, reporting documents, minutes of events and protocols of emergency situations.
