Biography

Graduate of the National Research Tomsk State University. Degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

From 2005 to 2008, he took part in a number of projects as part of the program to create an e-Government system in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2008 to 2012, he headed the representative office of MONT, one of the largest distributors software in Central and Eastern. Europe

From 2012 to 2014, he led the direction of Software Asset Management (SAM) at the Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC (Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation).

From 2014 to 2016, he headed the IT asset management department at the transport and logistics company SPSR-Express.

From 2016 to 2018, he led the Practice of Managing IT Assets and Contractual Strategies at Norilsk Nickel General Service Center

Since 2018, Director of the Digitalization Department at Astana International Financial Center.

In 2020, he joined the IT team of Transneft to implement projects to transform IT management processes. He worked as a program director.

Since August 2022 - Head of the Center for Technological Leadership at Freedom Finance Holding Corp.
