May 18, 2015. The 1C-Rarus company announced project completion on automation of the single medical information system (MIS) in the federal medical center of Rosimushchestvo, based on the products "1C: Medicine" and "1C: Bitrix. Website of the medical organization".

Goals and Objectives

In FMTs of Rosimushchestvo it was required to create a single medical information system which allowed to refuse outdated and separate programs, to enter uniform forms of medical documents, to use electronic medical records of patients, to quickly exchange data between divisions, in the automatic mode to prepare the authentic reporting. Creation of convenient and available making an appointment which is decided to be organized using the website of the medical center became a relevant task.

Project Progress

Works on creation of the single medical information system (MIS) for FMTs of Rosimushchestvo are entrusted specialists 1C-Rarus. A system is developed product-based lines "1C: Medicine" and "1C: Bitrix. Website of the medical organization". Are automated: registry, reception, contractual and administrative departments, laboratory. Today in a system more than 60 employees of FMTs of Rosimushchestvo work.

Project Results

  • Write process on acceptance via the Website and registry is optimized, electronic medical records of patients where doctors quickly fix data on the performed inspections, procedures and researches are created. Data exchange with laboratory is adjusted: sending requests, fixing and transfer of analysis results. Rules of creation of medical documents are unified - today they form according to international standards of delivery of health care. The statement of agreements, the analysis of presence at patients of policies of compulsory health insurance and VHI and also formation of the management reporting are automated.

  • MIS integrated work of staff of registry, call center, contractual department, heads and doctors of the center. The automated preparation of documents excluded "manual" work of staff of registry. Medical records for the patients who addressed to the Center for the first time, are made out 3 times quicker.

  • Created based on "1C: Bitrix. The website of the medical organization" the Internet portal helps patients to register in appointment quickly. In the system integrated with the website of FMTs of Rosimushchestvo the relevant schedule of specialists is stored and updated, making an appointment is fixed, data on the services rendered to patients are archived. The visitor does not spend time for communication with registry for record on the repeated acceptance or procedures appointed by the doctor any more, - the doctor himself writes the patient for convenient time.

  • The convenient recording system on acceptance increased attractiveness of organization in health care market of Moscow. Patients arrive on time on acceptance to doctors, waiting time of the beginning of acceptance was reduced. Each doctor of the Center in real time traces queue of the patients expecting acceptance from the workplace in an office.

  • For those patients who are serviced on a paid basis agreements, accounts and acts of the executed services automatically form. After visit of all specialists the patient just goes down in cash desk where the necessary document for payment is already prepared. Execution of payment documents was reduced from 20 to 2 minutes.

  • Payment process of services of a procedural office accelerated. Earlier the patients who do not have the directions on analyses from specialists of FMTs of Rosimushchestvo were forced to spend up to 30 minutes of the time for document creation for payment of researches. Now on formation of the Act of the executed services about 5 minutes of work of employees of a procedural office leave.

  • There was convenient and fast a work with patients on VHI. Time for formation of monthly accounts on each insurance company due to their automatic preparation was considerably reduced.

  • All complex of the carried-out works led to increase in passability of the medical center. Today FMTs can take more patients for similar working hours, and it positively affected reputation and a financial status of organization, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

- It is much more convenient and simpler to work with electronic cards of the patient, - Artem Aleksandrovich Kravtsov, the Chief physician of FMTs of Rosimushchestvo notes. - All information on the performed inspections, procedures and researches together with analysis results is stored in them completely. We excluded confusion with documents, losses of documents. Each attending physician now in time receives exact and reliable results of researches of the patient. Electronic medical records simplify the analysis of the clinical record and work with patients in receptive period.
