IBS CMP IM is the solution for management of activity of the construction organizations.

On May 20, 2015 the IBS company announced release on the market of integrated solution of management of activity of the construction organizations.

Developers focus a product on the organizations conducting works on an overhaul and construction on several objects with own forces or with the involvement of subcontractors using estimate calculations for cost determination of these works. It and companies of the industry of construction, industrial production, network retail, power, communication, etc.

The software technology integrates key business functions of the organization in a uniform information circuit:

• management of construction object economy.

IBS CMP IM is developed taking into account the Russian specifics, standards and the practician of the construction industry and underwent approbation in Russia.

In development are used management practice by construction projects, implemented in foreign information platforms and experience of implementation of management systems in the construction organizations, taking into account needs of the Russian customers and local requirements in the field of major repair and construction.

The uniform information circuit created by means of system implementation has an impact on all cycle of construction of the facility:

• investment phase,
• work planning
• providing with resources
• control of works,
• accounting
• project closure.

In an investment phase a system helps to manage the main characteristics of objects of works, agreements on these objects (the general contract, subcontracting), to see the schedule of execution of works under the agreement.

At a work planning stage users can keep the scheduling and network diagrams made taking into account data on resource availability, estimate restrictions in a single system.

A system allows loading of estimates (integration with the main estimate systems is executed) and to create resource sheets, the technology schedule, the needs for personnel, construction machines and mechanisms on their basis. Integration of processes and data in a single system helps to exclude the scheduling conflicts in terms of availability of the equipment and personnel at accomplishment of plans.

In the course of construction a system gives the chance of control and the analysis of works, achievements of economic indicators, comparing construction costs in three main foreshortenings – estimate, planned (on the basis of the scheduling and network diagram) and on actual costs.

A system controls process of purchases, receipts and write-offs of materials on a specific object in a binding to the performed construction works. In a system forms of write-off of materials (M-29), according to acts of the performed works (KS-2) form that helps to trace not a standard cost of materials (deviations from the estimate in natural and value term), to control discipline of accounting and economic indicators of an object in the course of execution of the construction project.

The specialized functionality of a system helps to control real loading of the equipment on objects, to consider it when planning construction works.

The solution helps with questions of planning, scheduling and accounting of operation of construction machines on specific construction objects in a binding to specific transactions, with the analysis of compliance of requirements to estimate calculations, and, the detailed cost accounting on machines and mechanisms. Account of fuels and lubricants, control taking into account a run, a season, etc. is kept.
