On May 25, 2015 it became known of implementation in support system of clients of MTS Ukraine operator of the interactive USSD portal from Eastwind.
Project Tasks
The main objective of the project - replacement of the former USSD platform of the operator and transfer of his subscribers to a system from Eastwind. Implementation of EastWind USSD Navigator is dictated by desire of MTS Ukraine - to inhale new life in traditional USSD service, to use all potential of this technology.

Project Progress
As a part of the platform there will be an USSD menu, IVR functionality. It will allow the user - to select the method suitable for it for access to these or those services.
By means of the product Eastwind the management tool services more simply and more conveniently, traditional USSD will become available to subscribers of MTS Ukraine. It is supposed that support of three languages and a possibility of personalisation of a user profile will promote growth of popularity and demand of a service packet.
